Portimão Dolphin Watching Tour is an excellent opportunity to watch wild dolphins in their natural environment. And our operator has 30 years' experience of dolphin tours!
Portimão Dolphin Watching
Portimão dolphin watching is a must-do activity for anyone visiting the Algarve.
Our experienced operator was the first company in the Algarve to search for Dolphins in their natural habitat and our specialist team has over 30 years experience providing unforgettable day trips along the stunning coastline of Southern Portugal.
We offer a choice of boat rides to suit every wish, including our renowned dolphin search aboard the famous Tornado rib, which brings you fully into the action.
Feel the thrill of the wind in your face as we glide across the glistening Atlantic Ocean in search of beautiful bottlenose and common dolphins or even other different species of wild life, before we gently settle amongst the pods to watch them dance and play in their natural habitat with out dolphin-friendly boats.
Our fully-certified skippers have an excellent knowledge of dolphin activity in the area, with sightings in over 95% of trips. Don’t forget that the dolphins are totally wild and not fed, so there’s always a small chance of not seeing.
The Portimão dolphin watching departs from Marina da Praia da Rocha, Portimão. It takes approximately 1.5 hour, but the memories will last forever!
Are you ready to go with us to search for these lovely wild creatures?!

Me and my boyfriend wanted to see dolphins because we already saw Benagil caves, the boat trip itself was very enjoyable and in a small group and the trip was great. 👍

We were a big group of 3 families, total 18 people. And the staff found us 2 boats to look for the dolphins. Although we couldn’t see them, but we had a fantastic time on the boat. the guide tried really hard to look for the dolphins already. We will come back next time!
