Your reservation receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon successful booking. If you require more information on booking, please log on as a registered member using the link in the upper right corner of homepage. You can then obtain all your booking information in “My Account”. If you have never set an account or password or can not remember it, you can always reset your login credentials. Please provide your hotel details at the time of booking and the local operator will inform you of the pick-up time of your activity at the time of email confirmation of your reservation.

If your hotel is not on the hotel pick up list you can:

  • Choose an alternative hotel and make your way there on the day of departure.

  • Contact our local operator directly to make alternate pick-up arrangements. Once your booking is confirmed, your local operator contact details will be provided within your confirmation email. Be sure to contact the operator to reconfirm pick-up time and location once your booking is confirmed.

After your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with PDF voucher attachment containing tour operator’s information. In very rare circumstances, the local operator can cancel the confirmed order. We at Birdmi are seasoned travelers and we fully understand this inconvenience.   • Your local operator officially cancels your confirmed order. When you receive a message from a local operator, with explanation why this happend, please check and confirm that the order has been officially canceled. You can also always contact us and get the latest status by Birdmi staff. If your order status is not updated to “cancelled”, please notify us to complete the process and we will oversee the entire process to protect your order and your rights.
  • Do not worry. Worst case scenario is you will get 100% refund. If the operator cancels your confirmed order due to bad weather, we can refund 100% to you or you can choose an alternative date of the activity if you wish.

Birdmi will provide you an emergency contact number in the PDF voucher by your confirmation e-mail, so you can ask for an assistance on other countries and destiantions as well.

If your flight is delayed or canceled due to force majeure and you are unable to arrive on time, contact your operator and Birdmi staff immediately and provide proof of relevant evidence.​ Birdmi reserves the right to make a final decision on this issue.
