Imbros Gorge Hiking Tour From Rethymno 

Imbros Gorge is the second largest gorge in Crete located in province Sfakia. The stunning scenery and its wilderness in combination with the easy hike make it ideal for families with children.

We will pick you up in the morning from Rethymno, and drive to the starting point. The hiking length of the gorge is 9 km and it requires approximately 3 hours for most people. It runs almost parallel to the Samaria gorge. Although not as well-known as the famous Samaria Gorge, it is a real natural Cretan beauty, especially interesting because of its amazing lush vegetation. Many Cretan plants and flowers are planted there. You require to wear comfortable hiking shoes or trainers to walk. After the hike, our bus will take you to Frangokastello or Chora Sfakion where you can take a swim or enjoy a lunch at the local restaurant.
