Stand up paddling is a very popular water sport because it’s very easy to learn. And discover Benagil Caves by yourself is a great thing to do. But of course, safety is the most important. If you’ve never done SUP before, please book a SUP Tour with a guide!
You can either stand or sit on your knees on your SUP board, you’ll be paddling along the stunning rock formations of Benagil.
The most beautiful beach in Europe – Marinha beach is just next to Benagil Cave. You can explore it after visiting the impressive Benagil Cave. And there are also Praia da Estaquinha, Praia do Salgueiro, Praia do Barraquinho, Praia da Malhada do Baraçon, Praia da Marinha, Praia da Mesquita. All these beaches are very small and some of them only accessible by sea.
